Send Separate Remittance Advices Does Not Support Supplier Language Canadian French (Doc ID 1997485.1)

Goal

When the language of the supplier is set to "Canadian French" Send Separate Remittance Advices launch the template in "English/Canada" instead of "French/Canada".
In log you clearly see that the language pass to XDO API is not accurate:
Got language: FRC
Got territory: CA
Passing formatting Locale to XDO API: frc_CA
XDO API support fr_CA, not frc_CA.
