On :  12.1.3 version, Netherlands Payroll Reports

LCLD and LSS amounts are reported with the decimal part



Steps ro Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Install Patch 18965058:R12.PAY.B
2. Generate ATS report
3. LCLD and LSS amounts are reported with the decimal part
