On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Agent UI
The DSO has different values at the customer and account levels.
DSO value should match at customer and account levels if the data matches.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using Collections Agent responsibility, open the Collections Agent UI
2. Query an Organization and set the View to Customer, view the DSO field
3. Change the View to Account, Select an Account, view the DSO field
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot verify the correct DSO.
