When Searching For Item Samples, GMDQSMPL Form Ignores Order Line Number (Doc ID 1997710.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Quality Management Samples

When attempting to searching for Item Samples, GMDQSMPL form ignores Order Line number
the following error occurs.

FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to WC PRODUCT ENGINEER responsibility > Samples > Item Samples. Select organization. Item Samples form appears.
2. Click the Find icon to open the Find Samples form. In the Source field, select Customer. Then in the Order field, enter an order number. Now click the LOV button in the Line field. Error message displays: FRM-41830: List of Values contains no entries.
3. Type in a Line number and click Find. System ignores the line number that was entered and displays a sample that may or may not be associated to the order line that was entered.

This occurs every time you search by Order Number & Order Line.
