What is the Difference Between the Duns Number Field on Customer Search Field and Column Listed for the Returned Match Party? (Doc ID 1997790.1)

Query a customer using Registry Number 84001, Duns Number 100000568 on DQM enabled Customer Search Page.
One match is returned with Duns Number column listed as 0100000568.

But if a search using Duns Number field = 0100000568 is done on the Customer Search page, there is NO match party returned.

What is the Difference between the Duns Number field on Customer Search criteria field and Column listed for the matched customer record?
