Sales order lines are in 'AWAITING_EXPORT_SCREEN' status
After reprocessing several times most of the lies go through.
In the input XML sent to Kewill, tow orders are grouped together.
Kewill process both orders and in the output XML generated by Kewill there is only one order present.
