Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Receiving Transaction Processor RTP has a poor performance and goes into a Pending state.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Receiving Transaction Processor shows good performance

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Purchasing Responsibility > Requests > Submit a new Request > Receiving Transaction Processor
2..The RTP will go on running when run without any Group_ID
