Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Planner workbench

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In a new instance the code to collect recipe details is not initiated as seen in the Planning Data Pull Worker in :

01-APR 10:48:48 : Procedure MSC_CL_BOM_PULL.LOAD_BOM started.
01-APR 10:48:49 : WSM_COPRODUCT_SPLIT_PERC Exists
01-APR 10:48:49 : .1 minutes elapsed.

i.e. the OPM code is not initiated by thiis routine


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the OPM code to be initiated when some of the ASCP assigned organizations are process enabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set up a new instance
2. Launch a Standard Collection, complete refresh

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use ASCP planning
