Unable To Enter Service Item with Service Duration Less Than A Month Period (Doc ID 1998106.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.2 version, Transaction Fulfillment

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OM Service line is not allowing service duration to be anything less than a month
When creating a service contract through OM it will not let me select a duration that is less than a month.
If I try, it automatically changes the duration and period to 1 month.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to enter service duration of 21 days

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Order Management responsibility
2. 21 Day was already selected for Service Duration and Period.
3. Open Sales Orders form
enter service item X0006498
Service Start Date:
Service End Date:
Service Duration: 21
Service Period: Day
4. Enter Today's Date in Service Start Date
The Service End Date automatically changes the service duration to 1 month.
5. Try to enter or select the service end date to 30-APR-15.
But when I save the service duration and period change to 1 month.
