Symptoms

Catalog Bulk Load - Items Upload  Program is not updating the price on Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The program finish without an error but the price is not updated.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Run the concurrent program -Catalog Bulk Load - Items Upload
2. No Errors are received
3. Review the information and the BPA price is not updated as expected
