On : 12.1.3 version, Service Authoring
After applying patch 17040424:R12.OKS.B, when attempting to activate a service contract, a notification mail that a contract has been activated is received which is correct and then another notification with the following error is received:
Workflow Error for Contract XXXX for XXXCUSTOMER
Error Type Sending email failed.
Message Enter a valid Quote to Email.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make sure patch 17040424:R12.OKS.B is applied
2. Create a service contract
3. Make sure in the Summary>> Renewals tab, there are no Quote to information populated.
4. Activate the contract
5. The user receives one notification that the contract is activate which is fine, then another notification follows that give the above error.
