On : 12.1.3 version, Endeca Intregration

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Poor performance when first accessing Information Discovery Open Orders page

Endeca Extensions for EBS V5 successfully installed and FullLoad Graph has been run.
The first time a user accesses a page under Information Discovery, it takes two - three
minutes for the page to display...sometimes even get server timeout error. If user refreshes
browser or clicks link to go to Information Discovery the page loads successfully in a couple
of seconds.

During first time access, we see SQL that is running on EBS database that is doing full
tables scan on OE_ORDER_HEADERS_ALL.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Load in a couple of seconds.

STEPS
---------
Order Information Super User -> Order Information -> Information Discovery -> Open Orders
or
Order Information Super User -> Order Information -> Information Discovery -> Closed Orders
or
Order Information Super User -> Order Information -> Information Discovery -> Returns

Poor performance only happens on first time accessing the page for the day, for each user.
