Symptoms

When running the Mass Additions Status Report, the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
REP-1401: 'new_costformula': Fatal PL/SQL error occurred.
ORA-01476: divisor is equal to zero

REP-0069: Internal error
REP-57054: In-process job terminated:Terminated with error:
