When the trading partner shipping system sends (INBOUND) shipment acknowledgements to Oracle, the sender will occasional receive the following message:
The record does not make it to Oracle ECX_INQUEUE or ECX.ECX_OXTA_LOGMSG tables for these "Timed Out" transactions. The message is in the http post from the supplier in the Apache access log on the EBS application tier. Five minutes later there is an oc4j_socket_recvfull in the Apache error log. When the user attempts a resend later, it will work.
