Symptoms
On Release 12, attempting to reserve and approve a Purchase Order (PO) is failing in error.
Replication Steps:
1. Create a Purchase Order reserve and approve it
2. Unreserve the Purchase Order
3. Modify the Purchase Order, status become requires re-approval
4. Try to reserve it again. Reserve action ends in error.
Error:
DO_ACTION-070: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("APPS"."PSA_BC_XLA_EVENTS_GT"."EVENT_ID")
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in DO_ACTION. The SQL error is ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("APPS"."PSA_BC_XLA_EVENTS_GT"."EVENT_ID").
