Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Performance

When trying to deploy FND_USER_PKG REST based web service in iRep; the deploying button is greyed out and below message is shown:

Error:
Web Service Deployment is in progress for this interface. Please retry after few minutes.


The below patch:

Patch 17765665:R12.OWF.C  - ISG AGENT CONSOLIDATED ONE-OFF PATCH FOR 12.2.3

is already applied
