On : 12.2.4 version, Transaction Workbench Issue

You are attempting to view distribution of transactions and receive the following error:

APP-FND=00756: Cannot Find combination CCID= -1 CODE=GL# SET=50628

As per FND LOG :

Note 1 : Note the Segments derivation, it's clearly visible that the Auto-Accounting engine is unable to derive accounts for Segment 4 and 5.
Note 2 : Please have a note on the last line 'raising no_ccid' which derives CCID as -1 for 'REV' account.
