Routing in Batch Header is not updating after Reroute

While testing the batch reroute processes after applying RPC2 (12.1.3+), the batch gets rerouted however the old routing is still displayed on the batch header and the header of the batch steps window.

The customer expects the batch to get rerouted and the new routing should be displayed on the batch header and the header of the batch steps window.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Responsibility: OPM Process Execution
2. Navigate to the Batch Details window.
3. Choose Reroute from the Actions menu.
4. Select an new validity rule with a different routing.
5. Click OK.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the user stated if we are unable to resolve this issue, we will not be able to patch up our production instance.
