On : 12.1.3 version, Purchasing Processes
When attempting to import requisitions line with quantity greater than 1 billion, the following error occurs.

POCIRM-158g: ORA-01455: converting column overflows integer datatype
Cause: A SQL error has occurred in POCIRM. The SQL error is &LSQL_ERR.
Steps to Reproduce :

1. Populate requisition interface table with record with quantity greater than 1 billion
2. Run requisition import program
