Goal

When creating WHT invoice the exchnage rate is taking different rate for WHT invoice and original invoice.

Example :

Original Invoice WHT line amount--- (34,481,281.00)---- Exchange Rate----12402.0000000000333861840000000898756073 -- Foreign currency invoice
With Holding Tax Invoice amount---- (34,481,219.00)    --- Functional currency invoice

Original exchange Rate---12402

Note: This is happening for every month.
