Last updated on MAY 01, 2018

Applies to:

Oracle HRMS (UK) - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

On : 12.1.3 version, UK Payroll

When reviewing the RTI Year to Date Reconciliation Report discrepancy report output, employees that received a tax refund that was reported on their P60, are showing incorrectly a tax paid discrepancy.

For example, on the report output, the payroll and fps ytd values report -21.00, the p60 reports 21.00 and the Payroll Discrepancies against P60 shows -42.00

P60 report and final SOE for the tax year, both show a refund of £21.00

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From UK HRMS Manager
2. Submit the final payroll run for 2014, followed by running prepayments, FPS and the end of year process.
3. Review the report outputs generated, and run the RTI YTD Discrepancy report.
