R12:Unexpected Error When Attempting To Entry Expense Report (Doc ID 1999450.1)

Symptoms

You get the following error on allocations page when trying to use an expense type with invalid value on the parent segment in the account associated.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Define a dependent segment(Sub Account Segment) for the account Segment of the GL Code.
2. Apply a Security Rule for the account Segment of the GL Code to the IExpense Responsibility.
3. Create Expense Report Templates using Excluded account by the Security Rule in Step2.
4. Create a new Expense Report using the Expense Report Templates in step3.
5. When attempting to entry Expense Allocations, raises above exception.
