Unknown And Unspecified Gender Missing From The Contact Form PERWSDPC

On : 12.1.3 version, Assignment,Term,Pay,ChgMgr,LOA

When adding a contact in Self Service with gender as 'unknown' or 'unspecified', that contact is not visible on the Contact Form PERWSDPC

Note: this is for the Netherlands legislation

Expect to be able to query the contact with the 'unknown' or 'unspecified' gender.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Employee Self Service > My Personal Information > Dependents And Beneficiaries
2. In the Gender field select 'Unspecified' for a contact
3. Navigate now to the Forms > People > Enter and Maintain > Click Others > Contact
4. That contact does not appear.
