Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Workflows are not getting cancelled when cancel a change order.
When you cancel a change order, the change order is getting cancelled but the workflows related to the change order are not getting cancelled.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Workflow should be cancelled.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cancel a Change Order which has Workflow started.
2. See workflow steps are still active.
