On : 12.1.3 version, Reports Issues
You are running the Customer Listing Detail Report for a new created customer and the report is empty (no data found).
If you run the Customer Listing Summary, the report contains the information for customer that is missing from Customer Listing Detail Report.
If customer has a site level profile defined, the customer does appear in the report.
Any customers that do not have a site level profile (only a account level profile) will not return in the customer listing report.
Steps to Reproduce:
Responsibility: Receivables Manager
Navigation: Reports > Listing > single Request
