How to Sort by Delivery Number in Shipping Transactions Form When Querying by Order Number (Doc ID 1999803.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 18, 2023

Applies to:

Oracle Shipping Execution - Version 11.5.10.2 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Would like to know how to sort the Delivery number in ascending order in the Shipping Transactions Form.

The needs of the users are to query for a specific order in the Shipping Transactions Form.
If that order has multiple deliveries, they want them to display in ascending order. Example: 28108, 28109, 28110 etc...

Example is for sales order 67371:
This order has six different deliveries:  4306393, 4306394, 4306395, 4306396, 4306397, 4306398
When viewing the list of deliveries in the Shipping Transactions Form, the delivery numbers are not displayed in ascending order.
They display as follows:  4306394, 4306393, 4306395, 4306397, 4306398, 4306396

Users are expecting this form to display the list of deliveries in ascending order.

Is there a forms personalization to display the delivery numbers in ascending order when querying for a specific sales order?
