Null or Changed Ship Method Causes Line To Not Be Pick Released And Remain in Ready to Release Status (Doc ID 2000129.1)

After submitting the pick release program, the sales order is not getting released successfully. The sales order line remains at a status of "Ready to Release" even though the pick release process completed successfully and the log file did not show any error.
