Java Exception Error in Self-Service > Benefits When Navigating to the Attachments Page (BENATTACHMENTSNPG) (Doc ID 2000231.1)

When clicking the Next button on the Update Benefits: Add Beneficiaries page, the following error occurs:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.
Click Here for exception details.


oracle.adf.mds.MetadataDefException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/ben/regionMap/BenAttachmentsNPG, XML Path = null.


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to responsibility CA Self Service and select Benefits.
2. Navigate to the Update Benefits: Update Enrollment page and click the Update Benefits button.
3. Continue clicking the Next button until the Update Beneficiaries page is reached.
4. Click the Next button.
