Symptoms

On 12.1.3 -

Invoking webservice from multinode environment is giving error - Web Service Name CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB

SOA log file shows the following error:

Error:

$MyWorker.run(ReleasableResourcePooledExecutor.java:303) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:619)
Caused by: org.collaxa.thirdparty.apache.wsif.WSIFException:
[ GET_SRINFO_BYID_ptt::GET_SRINFO_BYID(InputParameters,OutputParameters) ] - WSIF JCA Execute of operation 'GET_SRINFO_BYID' failed due to: Error while trying to prepare and execute an API.

An error occurred while preparing and executing the ISG_CS_SER_GET_SR5115210.CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB$GET_SRI API.
Cause: java.sql.SQLException:
ORA-04063: package body "APPS.CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB" has errors
ORA-06508: PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called: "APPS.CS_SERVICEREQUEST_PUB"

Steps:

1. Invoking webservice from multinode environment
2. Review the SOA log file
