In PLM Catalog items screen Dependent Value Set Do Not Show LOV In Advanced Search (Doc ID 2000332.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
---------------
Dependent Value sets are not Showing LOV (List Of Values) in Advanced Search

While updating any attribute for any product attached with dependent value set, Users are getting the LOV for the corresponding attribute. But in advanced search while updating the same attribute Users are unable to find the dependent value set LOV attached with the attribute..

Expected Behavior
-----------------------
Expect that LOV is available for Owning Sponsor,Owning Division, Subdivision, Area, Discipline, Product SubSeries, Product Subprogram.

Without LOV if Users provide a proper value it is retrieving correctly and Adv. Search is working fine.

Steps to reproduce
-----------------------
1. Navigate: Item Simple Search > Advanced Search > Select corresponding ICC
2. Select corresponding Search Criteria
