On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Agent UI
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR The DSO is showing a negative value on the Collections Agent User Interface
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR DSO should show only positive values
REPLICATION STEPS The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Using the Collections Agent responsibility 2. View the DSO at various levels for a customer.
BUSINESS IMPACT The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot verify the correct DSO.
