Symptoms

Getting following error when saving release in "Releases" form.

Error

FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PO_LINES.ORDER_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE


Reproducible steps
1. Navigation = Purchase Orders > Releases
2. Create a release
3. Save
4. Then Error "FRM-40105: Unable to resolve reference to item PO_LINES.ORDER_TYPE_LOOKUP_CODE" was threw, however, blanket release can be successfully saved.
