Symptoms

On : 12.1.3

There is a large volume of data in the table ASG_SYSTEM_DIRTY_QUEUE for each user.
The table has thousands of records in CSF_M_COUNTER_VALUES

The profile option "CSM:Maximum Readings per Counter" is set to 3, but a large number of records is added
every time the JTM master program is run.
