On Oracle Applications 12.2.3:
Actual Behavior
Post E-Business suite upgrade from 11i to 12.2.3 switching responsibilities is very slow.
Expected Behavior
Faster performance switching responsibilities as prior to the applications upgrade.

Upgraded E-Business Suite applications from 11i to 12.2.
