Barcode Scanner Cannot Find The Item, But Only After Clearing Barcode And Re-scanning

On Oracle Applications 12.1.3, using Mobile Transactions:

Actual Behavior
Scanning a barcode to do a miscellaneous receipt, it cannot find the item in the GUI version, however, clearing the barcode and scan again, it finds the item.

When using a TELNET session the scanning works 100%.
