You are attempting to save an update made at customer party level and receive the following error:
This record in table HZ_PARTIES cannot be locked as it has been updated by another user.
Via OCO (Customers Online) the update is possible, but some users do not have access to this responsibility, so that solution is not acceptable.
Update the customer name from "Customers Online Superuser" responsibility first, and then try from Receivables responsibility. This works fine.
