Symptoms

When attempting to open and query some of category codes, the following error occurs.

STEPS
 
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Inventory / Setup / Items / Categories / Category Codes
2. Query some Category Code Structures
3. Error presents.
