PO Revision History Form Not Showing Revisions of PO That Includes Changes in the PO Header

On : 12.2.4 version, HTML Requests(AutoCreate)
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Po change history is not displaying changes/revisions done at header level
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
It should display all changes done at header level
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login to purchasing responsibility-Buyer work center
2.Create a standard Purchase order and provide some payment terms and approve Po,
3.Po is approved with revision zero.
4. Then open po again and change payment terms at header level and revision is incremented to 1.
5.Approve PO again.
6. Then go in po change history form -query po-click on show all po changes.
7.It is not displaying changes done for revision 1.
