Descriptive Flexfield Changes Made On The Mobile Field Service Application Do Not Get Synched To The Server (Doc ID 2001845.1)

On : 12.1.3

When using the Multi Platform Mobile Field Service Application changes made to Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)  values do not get sync'd to the server.

The expectation is that when a user updates a DFF on the mobile device the change will be synced to the server .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a task.
2. Update the DFF fields.
3. Sync the device.
4. Check the task on the Server.   The DFF changes are not shown.
5. If you update the task status or any other change, then that update and the DFF update will get uploaded to the server.
