Top Task Name Mismatch In Project Management Between R11i And R12.2 (Doc ID 2001967.1)

Symptoms

After upgrade to 12.2 from 11i,  there is a mismatch in the Top Task Name for the projects in the View Budget Summary page:

Steps to reproduce the issue:

Project Management:
ES PA Management Super User (OU_ENVS_AFTL_GB)
Projects Delivery
Search Projects

-Click on Advanced Search:

-In the Project Number field give the value "100002100" and click on Go

-Click on the Project Name link and then click on the Financial Tab on top of the screen and get warning:

Warning:
To view financial plan summaries, please run the PRC: Delete Project Performance Reporting.

-Now click on the view against the plan type "As Sold Cost and Revenue Estimate":

-Then Click on Expand All in the Budget lines section:


-With the same navigation on release 11i while viewing the Budget summary:

Outline Nubmer Project or Task Name column:
-------------------------------------------
0                         XXXXXX
  1                        Engineering
  2                        Manufacturing


-In R12 while viewing the Budget Summary for the same project:


Outline Nubmer Project or Task Name column:
-------------------------------------------
0                        YYYYYY
  1                       Engineering
  2                       Manufacturing


==> There is a difference in the value for 'Project or Task Name' for the top task (Outline Number 0).
