Online Payslip not Generated in International Payroll if Net Pay of an Employee is Zero (Doc ID 2002144.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.5 version, International Payroll


ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------
Payroll Archiver (International Payroll) process is not archiving the data for employees with Zero Gross Earnings and hence Payslip is also not generated.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Payroll Archiver process should have option to archive the data for employees with Zero Gross Earnings, so that payslip will be generated for these employees with Zero Gross Earnings.

 

Issue Replication Steps

-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Payroll for an employee with Earning Element A -25000 and Deduction Element B -25000
2. Run Prepayment
3. Run Direct Deposit (no payment generated)
4. Run Payroll Archiver (International Payroll)

    This process picked the employee but not archiving the data for the employee.

    when attempting view the archive results in Assignment Process Results form the following error occurs

    Error Message: FRM-40350: Query caused no records to be retrieved

Business Impact:

Due to this issue, Payslip is not generating for the employees whenever Net Pay is Zero
