Symptoms

Regular Salary hours and earnings are reduced when applying unpaid sick leave hours and payment is happening through the seeded Sick Pay element. This should be unpaid leave, so Regular Salary should be reduced, but no sick pay should be made.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter absence hours for Sick leave
2. Run Payroll
3. Check SOE and see Sick Pay was paid when it should not be
