Unable To Update Sales Credits Using Process Order API (Doc ID 2002755.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations

When attempting to update sales credit on existing order using Process Order API,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

ORA-01403: no data found in Package OE_Order_PVT Procedure Header_Scredits

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create script to call Process Order API
Pass the following parameters:
l_Header_Scredit_tbl := OE_ORDER_PUB.G_MISS_HEADER_SCREDIT_TBL;
l_header_tbl_index := 1;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index) := OE_ORDER_PUB.G_MISS_HEADER_SCREDIT_REC;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index).percent := 100;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index).salesrep_id := 100220044;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index).sales_credit_type_id := 1;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index).header_id := 670312;
l_header_Scredit_tbl (l_header_tbl_index).operation := 'UPDATE';
2. Run the script and it completes with error.
Record in OE_SALES_CREDITS still has the old salesrep_id

Getting reference data for header_id:670312
LEAVING OE_MSG_PUB.ADD
