Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Agreements/Blankets/Contracts

When attempting to save sales agreement using customer item,
the following error occurs.

Item Validation Resulted in error(s)


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. OM Super User responsibility
2. Navigate to Sales Agreement form
3. Enter agreement using customer item
4. Save

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot save agreement.
