On : 12.1.3.3 version, Field Service Skills management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to select a Skill Type name for resource, there is no values in LOV

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
expect to find values in LOV

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in Field Service Manager responsibility
2. Open Skill Management
3. Under Resource tab, select Product Skills, try to select Name LOV
