Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Resources Module (JRES)

When run the Synchronize employee concurrent program, it generates WF Error notifications.

the following error occurs.

> Terminate a resource in CRM Resource Manager
> (R) CRM ADMINISTRATOR Run the Synchronize employee program

User receives the workflow notification error
