How or What to check if a CCID (code combination) Error 95261 or Error 95353 is given in Create Accounting Output

Error 95261

Error Message: The combination XX-XXX-XXXXXX-XXX-XX account code is invalid. Inform the system administrator or support representative: Select an existing combination.

-OR-

Error Message:  The account code combination  XXX-XXX-XXX-XXXX is invalid. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that: Value secured: This value is not allowed. Please enter an authorized value

Error 95353

Subledger Accounting was unable to derive an accounting code combination using the account derivation rule Assets Book Default Account owned by Oracle. Please review the account derivation rule and make sure it derives a valid accounting flexfield combination for the source values passed for the transaction.
