Renewal And Copy Are Not Capturing All Of The Sublines (Doc ID 2002935.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When manually renewing a particular Service Agreement the concurrent request completes successfully but most of the sublines are not found on the renewed contract.

No errors are observed in either the concurrent request log file or the FND Messages output.

Trying to copy the contract showed the same issue with missing sublines.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect that when renewing or copying a Service Agreement all of the sublines will be moved to the new contract.
