Internal Sales Order Receipt problem
Client refreshed the test instance and applied RUP9 and Patch 19540282_R12.INV.B_R12_LINUX but the internal sales order receipt issue is happening again.
This is kind of surprising because RUP9/19540282_R12.INV.B_R12_LINUX combination is what was tested previously and it solved the problem.
Client is trying to do a receipt for an internal sales order via a mobile device.
The following error is displayed: "Online transaction failed. Press any key to continue."
This is a mobile error, only. The receipts can be done successfully on the desktop.
Online transaction failed.
1. Apply RUP 9 or 10 and Patch 19540282_R12.INV.B_R12_LINUX
2. Attempt to do receipt for an internal sales order via a mobile device.
