AAD Validation Corrupts Segment Qualifier Rule in Account Derivation Rule (Doc ID 2003648.1)

On : 12.2.4 version, Subledger Accounting

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

It was found that Application Accounting Definitions  (AAD)  validation corrupts segment qualifier rule in Account Derivation Rule.
Journal Line Definition setup: application Cost Management, Event class Internal Order to Expense, Line Interorg Receivables
Setup Account Derivation Rule on segment level for custom segment qualifier XX_CostPool. The idea behind this setup was to use the same AAD in primary & secondary ledgers with different chart of accounts (to make cross ledger AAD definition).
AAD Validation completed successfully but the setup became corrupted.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Resolve corruption in Account Derivation Rule assignment. As a result, account derivation rule does not work correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Make a copy of standard seeded JLD.
2. In Account Derivation Rules section, override one of segments in CoA.
3. Specify which segment should be updated using flexfield qualifier
4. Validation program corrupts this setup line in ADR section.
